|
|
Hello Friends,
In addition to the "Timeless Timber",
here is the Bushtracker "Modern Choices" interior...
Introducing the first teaser photos of our 'Modern Choices' interior. This will be available in addition to our original 'Timeless Timber' Tasmanian Oak interior that we all know and love.
Clients will have full input into the colours and patterns of the cupboard doors and may even 'mix and match' lower cupboard and overhead doors if they choose.
Working closely with our suppliers we have been able to custom manufacture these doors and bulkheads in a way that has not compromised on the quality or strength that has made Bushtracker famous over the last 20 years.
More information and photos to come... |

As I mentioned in the previous posting, clients will have full input into the colours and patterns of the cupboard doors and may even 'mix and match' lower cupboard and overhead doors if they choose.
More information to come including side by side photos of the 'Modern Choices' and 'Timeless Timber' interiors. |

Wow.. Those photos look pretty good. This may just woo me over from the natural timber.
Very moden. When do we get to see the whole interior? _________________ Devils On The Prowl

Hello Devils On The Prowl,
Hopefully this afternoon or tomorrow morning the van will be ready for some full interior photos. The final touches and detailing are happening as we speak.
Cheers,
Matt

Bushtracker,
Is the timber finish becoming too expensive. Give me timber anyday.

Looks great.
Are the drawers fitted with those soft-close runners where they close themselves in the last inch or so? _________________ Stephen J

Clearly the Market Demographic is changing across the board.
Personally, I prefer the timber look - more suited to the Bushtracker image and I expect a few sixty year old "bushies" may have left the room already - however the X gens will quickly take their place.
Great effort from the team to have met the market with such an admirable result.
Cheers. _________________ Mike Rymer |

Very subdued and not blingy like that what is offered by other manufacturers.
So long as the strength and durability remains I think a few will take up on this new style. I won't let the wife see this!
Good job!

Not our cup of tea either, give me timber any day, but it gives people choices.

Friends, no worries.....
Da lone Ranger here, the original Bushtracker Man, and I can assure you the "Timeless Timber" you can refinish and live with long term, and enjoy the deep richness of real timber? That timber finish is here to stay...
The problem is that some people like a more trendy look, and because we do not offer it, they fall prey to those that copy our style without our strength... It pains me to have them come back later, with all of their sad tales with the "other caravan".. In all fairness to them, this is the trendy look in the modern kitchen sort of "Better Homes" Magazines. No, it is not my cup of tea, I am Old School and like the Timeless Timber look. But I would rather build the style they want, then lose them to a builder that will charge them 90% of the Bushtracker price and deliver half the product.
Others copying the Bushtracker style, does not make them a Bushtracker, as you well know. At least this way they have chance, at least if we offer it they will take a closer look and have a chance to see the REAL THING.. Besides, in all fairness there are People that will just really LIKE this style, the so called "Modern Look".. Now they have the choice, and there cannot be anything wrong with that.. Choice, Their choice...
Kind regards, Steven Gibbs, Director |

Hi Everyone
I get to speak to clients first hand, when they are designing there new Bushtracker with me. I have had an interesting range of comments on the new finish from clients who have seen it first hand. It is not for everyone, but there is a place for it in Bushtrackers. In fact, we have 2 clients deciding to go this way already.
The timber finish is timeless but based on what I am already hearing from clients, I think this new look will become a popular option
Cheers

Good morning all,
It is OK to step outside the comfort zone and try something new. Coincidentally, our house has cabinetry throughout incorporating 2 of the colours in the new Bushtracker range. We decided to try something different with the caravan and have chosen a "splash of colour". I am not a personal fan of high gloss preferring the velvet finish, which appears to be that used in the new display Bushtracker. It will be interesting to see how well our colour combination blends with the timber finish. The new display caravan looks very modern and leaves options for adding more colour.
Cheers,

I am open minded on the look, part of me thinks it looks clean & classy and I have to remind myself I'm looking at the interior of a caravan and not a home unit ... I'd have to actually see it but I'm certainly not disliking it. I could be swayed if I was in the market.. _________________ Cheers

Maybe our timber lined BTs will become collectors' items in the future and lift second hand prices???????????
Maybe the new look will be attractive and fashionable for the current time period but I suspect the timber lining is ageless

I have to say the new interior looks pretty smart and not blingy or garrish like a lot of vans. My only concern is whether it would be as durable as the timber finish.

We are camped at Burketown boat ramp and the wind has covered the van interior with Bull dust, how will the new finish handle that. |

G'day Bushtracker team. Are there other options on the bulkhead colours besides white and the timber finish? Just doing some research for what may be our second BT!
Cheers

Hello Richard,
In all fairness you can have just about anything you want....
My advice? Wait until you are actually IN the design process, because we are pioneering new innovations all the time..
Certainly you can have just about anything you have seen here applied to the bulkheads. We will only coach you on what we think the affect will be, based on our experience with the thousands..
