Our joints are diagonally countersunk high strength riveted like aircraft, and welded on the inside of the joints as well for strength.. Then thru bolted down, and up to the roof and through all the corners.
Wall have fire retardant insulation, cut tight and press fitted...
The roof is 3" of insulation, and wiring double insulated...
One of our four suspensions, is Load Sharing Coil, the only one in the Industry... And of course all of our suspensions have the 4140 Tool Steel Axles of 60 ton Tensile.. Only the best in the Industry..
Load Sharing means that when the first part hits an object it shifts the weight on to the rear suspension arm. When the rear hits the object it shifts the load onto the front. The net effect is the suspension articulates over the object rather than delivering the shock to the Bushtracker twice like the normal trailing arm coil suspensions others offer..
